Session Fees

I offer weekly 50-minute or 60-minute sessions for up to $250 per session. This fee allows me to do in-depth research, collaborate with your other care providers, continue acquiring cutting-edge skills and supply you with materials for in-person sessions.

Fees for intensives will be determined based on duration of the sessions.

Insurance

I am not in-network with insurance and collect payments directly from my clients. Keep in mind that many insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits which can cover up to 80% of the full fee! I am happy to provide you with frequent superbills so that you can get reimbursed for your investment. Check if you have out-of-network benefits.

Relying on insurance has its downsides for both therapists and clients. For one, insurance companies can audit private records and sometimes suddenly stop covering sessions without notice, leaving you with a surprise bill! Fortunately, there are great benefits to paying for your own sessions. Cutting out the middle man and making a financial investment places us in the right mindset to get the most out of therapy. It also allows me to offer a sliding scale and pro bono sessions to those who need the flexibility. This way, everybody wins!

Payment Options

I believe therapy should be a feasible investment. I am happy to offer a sliding scale to make this a win-win relationship for both of us. If you're interested in the sliding scale, please know that I will support you in negotiating the fee that is right for you.

I also provide superbills as often as you for you to submit to your insurance company for your reimbursement.

If waiting for reimbursements poses financial difficulty for you, I can also bill your insurance company directly so that you only pay the co-insurance upfront and I'll wait to be reimbursed by your insurance.

In some cases, I can also help you negotiate with your insurance company for a single case agreement to cover your sessions.

I can also accept vouchers from organizations including The Loveland Foundation and BeyondTrans.
